Guillermo brings seven years of inspection experience and thousands of property evaluations to Accurate Building Inspections. He began his career at Allied Building Inspection Services, where he spent over three years and earned his InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector license — developing expertise across every construction scenario from coastal condos to historic estates.
As a firefighter serving Citrus County, Guillermo's life-safety training deepened his understanding of structural integrity, fire hazards, and building code compliance. In 2022, he partnered with Wesley to co-found Accurate Building Inspections, bringing a firefighter's commitment to safety and an inspector's precision to every evaluation. As Head Home Inspector, his dual expertise ensures properties are assessed for both current condition and long-term resilience.
